Laser engraved leather patch hats are my jam. I can design, laser, and afix all the patches in-house (well…in my garage). If embroidery is more your style, I can create your custom designs or brand products with a trusted online supplier.

Most hats start at $25 each, with pricing for bulk orders of 20 hats or more.

Let’s design a hat custom-made for you!

I offer a variety of styles of hats and patches. My preferred hat is a Yupoong 6606 Retro Trucker and the Richardson 112, but can get you just about any hat on the market.

My stock patch is a standard, 3 inch by 2 inch heat bonded leatherette patch. I also can die-cut any design or logo to further customize your hats. Price may vary for die cut hats or custom leatherette requests.

Working together, we can mix and match quantities, colors and designs, to meet your needs.

Our engraving process simply burns the image into the leather, giving it an embossed look on the patch. Regardless of your patch, the engraving will be solid black, so we keep that in mind during the design process. Some small details may be lost depending if your logo is low-quality or highly detailed, but we will work with you to make your logo or design is laser-ready. We will try our best to get your design represented as best as possible on the patch.
