One time $500 start up fee to do all the back-end and creative work needed to set up your business website like site styles, meta-data, social media links, photo-editing, and more.
$150 per standard informational page. Pages typically include 3 to 4 sections. Price may vary for course or shop set ups.
No monthly contract, plus you own your site! I teach you how to edit when you need to, or you can hire me per hour to make updates as needed.
Four-Step Website Process
We will sit down over coffee or online to talk about your brand and business, what you need in a website, and about how much it will cost to get started.
Consult about your business and brand
I’ll help you get your admin account on SquareSpace (which is free) set up so that you have full and total control of your site once we finish up the project. SquareSpace is very user-friendly and easy to edit when you need to, which is why I choose it as my primary web development platform. Hosting usually costs about $22-27 per month and domains can usually be purchased for under $20 per year. Don’t worry - I help you with all of that, plus a get a little discount from SquareSpace.
Get setup on a SquareSpace account
I believe the web design process should be collaborative with you. I mean - it’s YOUR business we are working on. So, once we get the idea of what you want in a site, I’ll get to building. It’ll be your job to help guide me with the content and creative aspects of the site. I’ll take care of the other stuff.
Let’s get to building
Once we agree on the final look and feel of your site (which usually takes a few weeks to a month for most small businesses), I’ll sit down with you, or someone on your team, to talk about the basic editing tools you need to know in SquareSpace. If that is too daunting, you can always call for more updates from me on an hourly rate or with my normal pay-per-page rate.
